I just wanted to express my appreciation to you and your team. I have relied on your operation’s service for the past several years to keep 6 of my cars operating in top shape. Not once have I ever had to return to your shop to have a job corrected (which I have experienced with other shops many times in the past). Nor has there ever been any surprises with the charge for the work. Your rates for service are reasonable and if the job is done right the first time that is a bonus. I just wanted to say thank you for being a reliable organization that can be trusted to do your skill as professionally as you do. Kudos to all at GT! It is greatly appreciated by me and I’m sure other customers you serve.

The staff made sure I understood what was wrong with my Honda, and why it wasn't running right. They worked with my budget, and offered reasonable options, and let me choose the best way to go. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best servcie possible. It was worth the drive to take ny Accord here. I am glad they can work on my children's cars too!
